Return Policy
At Lisa & Peter London, we do everything we can to keep our customers happy. Still, you may wish to return an item. This document explains our returns policy clearly and simply.
Return Eligibility

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any international postage and customs charges.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on is allowed to check fit; wearing the item beyond trying on is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is discouraged and may be refused if items are not returned in saleable condition or where abuse is suspected, subject to your statutory rights.
Note: Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
How to Start a Return

Email info@lisaandpeterlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

We will provide the return address of our supplier (based in China) and packing instructions.

Send the item back at your own cost, including any customs/duty or courier fees required for international returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (track & trace) and keeping your proof of postage.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected at the return address, we will issue a refund within 14 days via your original payment method.

Refunds cover the product price (and, where applicable by law, the standard outbound delivery); return shipping and any import/customs charges are not refundable.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact info@lisaandpeterlondon.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will prioritise a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Liability & Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for lost parcels where the carrier’s tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Address mistakes must be reported to info@lisaandpeterlondon.com within 24 hours of placing the order so we can attempt to amend before dispatch (not guaranteed).
